Gluten Free Garlic Herb Focaccia – Croutons – Bread Crumbs
While I already have a gluten free focaccia recipe on this site, I wanted to share my garlic herb version with you. You can use it to make bread crumbs, croutons, serve it as sandwich bread, or dinner bread. I like to cut each piece into three strips and serve them to dip in garlic-herb olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Yum! My husband also enjoys the sticks dipped in pizza sauce. Gluten Free Lemon Mug Cake with Lemon Glaze (Egg-Free)
Rather than go through the trouble of making a cake or pan of muffins, make one single portion right in your microwave, toaster oven, or oven. It’s a wonderful way to control portions.
