I love the fact that this gluten free chocolate roll cake bakes so quickly compared to regular cakes. This recipe especially bakes fast because it does not contain flour. Instead, it contains mostly eggs and chocolate. I was so excited to give this a try I even purchased a jelly roll pan just to make this cake. The pan turned out to be perfect size for so many other thingsĀ (small batch cookies, cinnamon rolls, sheet cakes, and baking rolls, to name a few.) Meanwhile, the cakeĀ turns out light, yet has a rich chocolate flavor.Ā You have a choice of fillings and toppings, one of each may be made dairy-free. I hope you enjoy this recipe. It looks like a huge Hostess Ding Dong. Doesn’t it? You can make it taste it like one, too, if you use the fluffy white frosting as a filling. I prefer cream cheese frosting or whipped cream, though. Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Recipe
Sugar-free chocolate can be expensive, and if you have to find a safe gluten-freeĀ brand on top it, it can be even more difficult. With this gluten-free sugar-free chocolate recipe, you can make dark chocolate or chocolate ganache. If you are also on a dairy-free diet, you can still make both. For dairy-free ganache,Ā instead of using heavy whipping cream, you use coconut milk. For the fat in this recipe, you have the option of using shortening (I use organic palm shortening) or coconut oil. Depending upon its use and your dietary needs will determine which ingredients you use. ThisĀ recipe is low in carbs when not using cream. I hope you enjoy this recipe. It has many uses. You can even break it up to use as chocolate chips in your baked recipes.

Thin Soft Gluten Free Wraps
These gluten free wraps are soft and pliable, and that’s not all. They are packed with protein. They fall somewhere between a tortilla and a crepe. Don’t allow the fava bean flour to scare you off, if you have tried other bean flours and they were bitter. Fava bean is very mild and not bitter at all. Combining beans with eggs boosts the nutrient values in the beans as eggs areĀ a complete protein (contains all essential amino acids). This recipe is gum-free and grain-free. You finally have a thin, soft gluten free wraps that is pliable enough to roll and slice your favorite appetizers. Enjoy! Continue reading “Thin Soft Gluten Free Wraps”
Wine and Cheese Gluten Free Cracker Recipe
I am honored to present this gluten free cracker recipe that I developed for WholeVine. They offer grapeskin and grapeseed flour made from wine grape remnants as well as gluten free cookies. A couple of months ago I surveyed my Facebook followers for their favorite wine, and Riesling was the winner. So, I used Riesling grapeseed flour in this gluten free cracker recipe. However, they offer several other varieties, including grapeseed flour. Just be sure not to use grapeseed flour in this recipe as additional liquid ingredient would be required. Meanwhile, cut your favorite cheese, pour a glass of wine, and enjoy! Continue reading “Wine and Cheese Gluten Free Cracker Recipe”

Gluten Free Cauliflower au Gratin
Cauliflower au gratin is a great way to get that same rich, cheesy texture with a vegetable instead of potatoes. It reduces some of the carbs, as well. Though the calories in this dish are pretty high as it uses tons of cheese and cream. However, it makes a great dish for guests. Everything in moderation, right? This dish is a bit more saucier than au gratin potatoes as it does not take cauliflower as long to bake as potatoes. However extra sauce is not a bad thing at all. I’m hoping you will enjoy this cauliflower au gratin dish just as much potatoes. It’s so much easier because you don’t have to peel potatoes! Continue reading “Gluten Free Cauliflower au Gratin”
