Authentic Italian Gluten Free Spaghetti Sauce Recipe (Bolognese Sauce)

My gluten free spaghetti sauce recipe is a bit of a modern version of the authentic Italian spaghetti sauce that my Sicilian grandmother used to make. I have included both the authentic ingredients as well as a few shortcuts I take. I sometimes use dried parsley, canned mushrooms, etc. You can use all fresh ingredients or … Continue reading Authentic Italian Gluten Free Spaghetti Sauce Recipe (Bolognese Sauce)

Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan

My husband’s favorite is chicken parmesan or veal parmesan. If you pound chicken breasts into thinner pieces it tastes just like veal parmesan. You can make small serving sizes or very large ones, whichever you wish. Serve it along side some gluten free pasta with sauce; add a salad; and you’ll have yourself a feast … Continue reading Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan

Thin Gluten Free Pizza Crust that tastes good!

After surveying a few people yesterday, it seems that one of the popular gluten-free items is pizza. Gluten Free Lentil Soup with Bacon

Stop the presses! This is my all time favorite out of all of my gluten free soup recipes! I love anything with bacon, but try to not eat it too often, as most of them contain many preservatives, not to mention the calories. I am having overnight company in about a week and decided to make my famous lentil bacon soup. Kids love it as well as adults. Who doesn’t like bacon, right? I am sure they exist, but it is as many who do not like chocolate. Continue reading Gluten Free Lentil Soup with Bacon

I became tired of the same old zucchini recipes so I started experimenting again. This recipe takes few ingredients, usually found right in your kitchen. You marinate them and cook in a baking sheet (less clean up). Prep time and cook time is short. Enjoy!

Gluten Free Custard Recipe for Cream Puffs, Creme Brulee and More!

Custard is my favorite dessert next to ice cream and this one is my favorite, as it is a custard recipe for cream puffs! I also use it for creme brulee. It’s a great all-purpose gluten free custard, without the use of any flour. I created a Gluten Free Cream Puff Recipe yesterday upon the request of one of my readers and for my father who is visiting me. He’s Italian and cannot resist a cream puff, even a gluten free cream puff! A matter of fact, I had my best shaped cream puff on the table and had left the room. Upon returning, I found the cream puff in his mouth! I told him I was saving that one to fill and needed to take a picture of it. He said, “The damage is done!” and laughed! We both laughed. My father is 100% Italian and cream puffs are a delicacy. He loved that one but loved the ones I later filled even more. Being a connoisseur of cream puffs, he can attest to that this custard recipe for cream puffs is tops in his book! I hope you enjoy, as we both did!
