Gluten Free Churro Bowls and Rings (Baked)

Gluten Free Churro Bowls

I love churros, but this new recipe for gluten free churro bowls, as well as rings, is incredible! Fill them with ice cream or eat them plain. The best part is that they are baked, not deep-fried. So, you get all of the benefits without the added fat and calories. It gets even better. They’re not difficult to make. All you need is a standard or mini muffin pan. Be sure to check out the video. It shows the texture, which is like tender pastry. I’m going to start filling them more than just ice cream! Continue reading “Gluten Free Churro Bowls and Rings (Baked)”

Gluten Free Beer Focaccia (Dairy and Egg-Free)

Gluten Free Rosemary Beer Focaccia

While this site contains a few gluten free focaccia recipes, this gluten free Italian flatbread is special. I use beer to help it rise. You can season it as desired by adding herbs, cheese, or even veggies like sun roasted tomatoes. Then use a dipping sauce of choice or use it for sandwiches. Either way, this gluten free beer focaccia is delicious! Continue reading “Gluten Free Beer Focaccia (Dairy and Egg-Free)”

Gluten Free Sea Salt Caramel Gelato Recipe (Ice Cream)

Copycat Sea Salt Caramel Gelato (Gluten Free)

I recently purchased a pint of Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato. However, it turned out to NOT be gluten free. It is one of the few flavors that may contain wheat. I was so sad because it is truly an amazing flavor! They made it even better by adding a few miniature chocolate-covered caramel truffles. Oh my goodness! My husband and I fell in love with it! I just had to create a gluten free salted caramel gelato recipe for everyone without the gluten, corn, and soy. I also use organic ingredients in mine. Do whatever you can afford. Also, feel free to add gluten free chocolate chips, or caramel truffles if you have some on hand. Continue reading “Gluten Free Sea Salt Caramel Gelato Recipe (Ice Cream)”

Italian Stuffed Chicken in Balsamic Garlic Reduction

Gluten Free Stuffed Italian Chicken

This baked chicken is similar to stuffed caprese chicken without the tomatoes. Instead, I use sauteed bell pepper and onion, which gives it an amazing and slightly sweet flavor. You can stuff the chicken with mozzarella and peppers as I did or anything you enjoy from sautéed vegetables to cheese with or without ham, prosciutto, or bacon. I didn’t use any meat in the stuffing and my husband went wild over this dish!

Gluten Free Garlic Herb Focaccia – Croutons – Bread Crumbs

Gluten Free Garlic Herb Focaccia Bread

While I already have a gluten free focaccia recipe on this site, I wanted to share my garlic herb version with you. You can use it to make bread crumbs, croutons, serve it as sandwich bread, or dinner bread. I like to cut each piece into three strips and serve them to dip in garlic-herb olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Yum! My husband also enjoys the sticks dipped in pizza sauce.
