Gluten Free Italian Easter Bread (Almond, Lemon, or Vanilla)

Braided Gluten Free Italian Easter Bread - Almond, Lemon, or Vanilla

The texture of this Gluten Free Italian Easter Bread is between a pound cake and bread, and maybe a scone. It is moist due to the cream cheese, which lends a rich and creamy flavor and texture. I also have a Gluten Free Dairy Free Easter Bread Recipe.  However, with this cream cheese version, I really wouldn’t have made it any other way. Serve a small, warm slice with butter for brunch or cooled as a dessert with coffee, tea, or milk. Watch the three videos! Soft Gluten Free Naan Pizza

Soft Gluten Free Naan Pizza

If you’ve already tried my Soft Gluten Free Naan (Indian flatbread), you know it’s pretty incredible. Gluten-eaters even swoon over it. If you enjoy multi-cultural food, you’ll love this mixture of naan and pizza toppings. I chose a mixture of chicken, cheese, and sauteed peppers, and omitted red sauce since I’m allergic to tomatoes. Use your favorite sauce and toppings. Enjoy! Continue reading “Soft Gluten Free Naan Pizza”

Gluten Free Streusel Eclair

Pâte à Choux is the French term referring to the easy-to-make dough you use to make cream puffs and eclairs. While you may prefer your pastry filled with whipped cream, I enjoy mine filled with pastry cream (see photo). Use either or both combined or any of the other variations suggested. Meanwhile, streusel and cream puffs is an incredible texture and flavor combination! I bet you can’t eat just one.

Gluten Free Chicken Marsala Medallions

If you’ve always enjoyed Chicken Marsala or Veal Marsala in restaurants and have tried to make your own but just couldn’t duplicate the flavor, there are usually two reasons. You may have used a recipe that didn’t contain sugar, as most restaurants make theirs on the sweet side. Alternatively, and most likely, you used a horrible tasting Marsala wine. Either way, they’re delicious! Nuts and dried fruit are optional. You can even dip them in melted chocolate.
