Red Velvet Popcorn – Caramel Corn (or Chocolate or Traditional)

Red Velvet Popcorn

I was recently sent a catalog from Popcornopolis. They’re offering a seasonal caramel corn that is red velvet inspired. A 2-gallon container goes for $49.99. However, when topped with the creamy topping that I created, this red velvet popcorn is just incredible! Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gluten Free Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies

I was going to make some gluten free nutter butter cookies when my husband suggested adding chocolate chips. Instead, I created a new cookie recipe specifically for gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. You’ll enjoy these cookies as they have a slight crunch on the bottom yet they’re soft.

I’ve loaded them with chocolate chips, but feel free to reduce the amount as desired. I will include these cookies when I make my Christmas cookie gift tins, even for the gluten eaters! This recipe makes a large batch, but you can cut in half easily enough. Continue reading “Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies”
