Gluten Free Ravioli Rolls

Gluten Free Ravioli Rolls Casserole

This recipe is from my upcoming cookbook, Carla’s Best 125 Gluten-Free Recipes. Picture lasagna noodles. Then spread on a luscious ravioli filling. Roll them up, and top with your favorite pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese. Lastly, bake until just lightly crisp on top. You can also use the filling in traditional ravioli. However, this is a much faster way of achieving the same flavors. Continue reading “Gluten Free Ravioli Rolls”

Gluten Free Chicken Cannelloni with Homemade Pasta

Gluten Free Chicken Canneloni with Homemade Pasta

This Italian dish is so rich and delicious that you can serve it to everyone. Using homemade, gluten-free egg pasta, covered with creamy sauce, marinara, or Bolognese/meat sauce, your family and guests won’t believe it’s gluten-free. Kids who “hate spinach” beg for second helpings of this gluten free chicken cannelloni. Serve it as a side or main dish. Continue reading “Gluten Free Chicken Cannelloni with Homemade Pasta”

Double-Frosted Gluten Free Red Velvet Cake Recipe

Double-Frosted Gluten Free Red Velvet Cake

This gluten free red velvet cake recipe is moist and luscious. Red Velvet is known for its richness. While not everyone has the time to make a three-layer, double-frosted cake, when you wish to impress guests, this is the cake to make. When time is short, make a single frosted cake and/or make a naked cake (no frosting on the sides). The cake, as well as frosting recipes, were raved about by my cookbook recipe testers. If you usually use ready-made frosting, you may never again.

Note: Also find this gluten-free recipe in my upcoming cookbook Carla’s Best 125 Gluten-Free Recipes. Continue reading “Double-Frosted Gluten Free Red Velvet Cake Recipe”

Gluten Free Sourdough Bread Recipe

Homemade Sliced Gluten Free Sourdough Bread

Gluten-free sourdough bread is not as sour as traditional sourdough bread. However, a little sour may be all you need. This bread has a soft crust but toasts up nicely. The texture is similar to its gluten counterpart, which is often difficult to achieve in a gluten-free recipe. However, it is a little heartier. To most, its texture is worth the additional weight. Heavenly Gluten Free Pound Cake

Gluten Free Pound Cake

This gluten-free pound cake recipe is deserving of a spot in my upcoming cookbook, “Carla’s Best 125 Gluten-Free Recipes“. I know you’ll enjoy it! All of the ingredients come together perfectly to make a lighter and moister pound cake. As with many baked gluten-free goods, baking in smaller amounts achieves surprising results. A tube or bundt pan creates a narrower cake; therefore, an incredible texture, while keeping its buttery flavor. The crunchy thin crust is a pleasant addition. Serve this cake to a crowd or slice and freeze for when cravings strike. Continue reading “Heavenly Gluten Free Pound Cake”

Gluten Free Baklava with Honey Syrup Recipe

Gluten Free Baklava with Honey Syrup

Two of my recipe testers considered themselves experts in baklava. I had them both make this gluten free version. One’s feedback was, “Honey made it taste just like the gluten version. Another stated, “I’ve tried a few different gluten free baklava, and this one is the best by far!” They [gluten-eaters] couldn’t wait the 4 hours. Loved it. Delicious!!!!” Continue reading “Gluten Free Baklava with Honey Syrup Recipe”
