KIND Gluten Free Snacks Review and Giveaway

KIND Gluten Free Snacks brand was one of my husband’s favorite gluten free protein bars out of all of the protein bars we received samples of while at the Natural Products Expo West trade show earlier this year. They just so happen to have contacted me recently and sent us a sample of all of their gluten free bars and clusters (granola type product). Are we lucky or what?

KIND Gluten Free Combo Cube

KIND is a brand of all natural whole nut and fruit bars and snacks made from simple ingredients, ones that you can see and pronounce. They are the talk amongst the media!

The Today Show names the KIND bar as the best snack bar with only 11o calories and 10 grams of protein. Watch the short video at KIND in the News. Their bars are also recommended as a healthy snack by several leading magazines including O (The Oprah Magazine), Health, INC., Family Circle and more.

All of KIND gluten free products are tested at less than 20 ppm (parts per million). On site, they test bars quarterly for gluten and the results have been found to be consistently well below 20 ppm. They also test the line for gluten before every run, and the test must come back negative before running.

Kind Bars Review

The clusters are wonderful and crunchy. Both my husband and I are in love with the Maple Walnut with Chia & Quinoa. Both of our favorite bar is the Cranberry Almond + Antioxidants. And if you’re a fan of coconut, you’ll love the Almond & Coconut, as it is chewy. Yum! We both agree that their products taste like you’re eating real food! It tastes fresh and flavorful! We definitely give KIND’s gluten free snacks a big thumbs up!

Peanut Butter Whole Grain Clusters (just won a place in Prevention’s Healthy Food Awards)

Ingredients : Whole grains (gluten free oats, brown rice, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa), evaporated cane juice, peanut butter, soy crisp (soy protein isolate, tapioca starch, calcium carbonate), peanuts, whey protein, canola oil, sea salt, Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate).

Ingredients : Whole grains (gluten free oats, brown rice, gluten free oat flour, amaranth, millet, quinoa, buckwheat), evaporated cane juice, canola oil, chicory root fiber, walnuts, chia seeds, maple syrup, molasses, natural maple flavor, sea salt, Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate).

Almond & Coconut Bar

Ingredients : Almonds, dried coconut, honey, non GMO glucose, puffed rice, chicory fiber, soy lecithin.

Fruit & Nut Delight Bar

Ingredients : Almonds, dried coconut, honey, non GMO glucose, puffed rice, chicory fiber, soy lecithin.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter + Protein Bar

  106. My family loves KIND snacks. Myself, my husband and our two kids all have gluten or wheat or yeast or all of the above allergies, KIND shacks are great for everyone. They taste great and are a lifesaver for busy active family.
