Tropical Traditions Organic Gluten-Free Millet Giveaway and Review

Tropical Traditions sent me some of their gluten free millet (actual grain, not flour). It is certified organic, hulled millet (a whole grain). I grind it into a flour in my coffee grinder and have used it in making gluten-free bread and even throw a little in my morning protein shake, but leave it a little coarser. I feel really good about using freshly ground millet grain, versus millet flour because it provides more nutrients compared to flour which has just been sitting there for who knows how long. If you’d like an opportunity to try Tropical Traditions gluten-free millet, enter the giveaway below which is sponsored by Tropical Traditions. That’s it Gluten Free Fruit Bars Review and Giveaway

Looking for gluten free snack bars that are healthy? Simply put the That’s it.TM gluten-free fruit bars are simply delicious. (period) With only 2 ingredients, fruit and fruit (apple and another fruit), along with 2 whole servings of fruit in each bar, how can you go wrong? The bars are soft and chewy. Both my husband and I positively enjoyed them. They are paired with apple, which makes a lovely pair with all of their flavors. You can eat them plain or cut or tear them up and use them in additional recipes you already makes. I can picture them in a bowl of granola and yogurt, in cereal, or even as a substitute in my gluten free snack bars in which I usually use dates. To me, each bite tastes like a natural, healthy, gummy, as in gummy bears. My husband doesn’t experience them that way, though. But he’s a big fan of gummies. You just can’t mess with that! This is something we would be proud to give a kid – and know they’d enjoy it. We both give these gluten-free fruit bars a big thumbs up! Gluten-free Giveaway and Review: Natural Vitality Magnesium Plus Calcium

Q. What is the best gluten free (pure calcium if possible) that you purchase?

A. This is a great question, as those with celiac disease, are often on a dairy-free diet, as well as vegans, possibly creating a deficiency in calcium. Doctors may tell you that you need Vitamin D to absorb calcium, but the truth of the matter is that your body also needs magnesium when you take calcium. When you mix calcium gluconate and magnesium with a high enough acidity level (such as apple cider vinegar) your body will not only absorb it, it will absorb it quickly.
