Nowadays, you can serve them just about any way you desire. Use creme fraiche or cream cheese with salmon roe (shown). How about using something inexpensive like chicken, tuna, or egg salad? Or something trendy like pureed fig on goat cheese topped with applewood smoked bacon bits? How about something a little sweet like goat cheese and sliced strawberries? Gluten Free Strawberry Cake Recipe (All Natural) 4” or 8”
My gluten-eating neighbors not only raved about this cake but asked for the recipe. You know it’s good when this occurs! You can easily double this and make a larger cake in an angel food cake pan like the other Gluten Free Chiffon Cake Recipes. (Be sure to follow their cooling instructions.) Angel food cake pans create a fluffier cake. However, if you prefer a layer cake or don’t have an angel food cake pan, an 8-inch spring-form pan or two round cake pans work too. Simple Mills Pancake Mix Copycat Recipe
When I was at my daughter’s house babysitting recently, she purchased some Simple Mills Gluten Free Pancake Mix. I thought I’d give it a try and was bowled over with how delicious they turned out. If you know me, I just had to create a recipe for everyone to make them at home to save money; and that I did! They turned out just as delicious, too! Easy Gluten Free Tarte Tropezienne – aka Saint Tropez or Filled Brioche (Gum-Free Option)
Tarte tropézienne, also known as “La Tarte de Saint-Tropez” is a pastry dessert consisting of a brioche filled with pastry cream, bavarian cream, and similar fillings. Traditionally, you refrigerate the dough overnight. With this gluten free tarte tropezienne, you do not refrigerate the dough. It’s fast and easy to make.
