This week, I’ve been concentrating on dairy free recipes. Did you know that you can easily create a nutty cheese flavor without using any dairy? I use these ingredients in this dairy free linguine recipe. I also have included a dairy free substitute for Parmesan cheese that looks like the real thing!
Having picked up a couple of 1-1/2 pound packages of ground organic turkey at Costco, I wanted to create a new flavorful recipe using one of them. So, I created these gluten free taco zucchini boats. I saved half of the filling to fill bell peppers. I used the other package to substitute the chopped chicken breast in my Asian Rice Cups recipe. They’re both delicious. One of my Facebook followers requested a savory ring recipe. I decided to create this gluten free crescent breakfast ring. I added bacon. Choose between two dough recipes and either scrambled or hard boiled eggs. You can also add cheese. This recipe is perfect for using up leftover meat, eggs, and veggies.
