Gluten Free Meatball Soup

Gluten Free Meatball Soup

Most soup recipes contain onion or garlic. However, most kids just don’t care for the sight, texture or sometimes flavor of either. What are parents to do besides cook two meals? Well, this gluten free meatball soup does not contain any onion or garlic. However, it does contain basil in the broth and parsley in the meatballs. If your little one is okay on seeing “green things” (my oldest daughter used to call them) in their food, then this recipe should be okay. Continue reading “Gluten Free Meatball Soup”

Gluten Free Matzo Ball Soup

Gluten Free Matzo Ball Soup with Chicken

About three years ago, my father’s lady friend and her daughter bought the ingredients to make my father matzo ball soup. They were going to use a packaged matzao ball mix. I knew I had to create a soup recipe out of it, and did just that. I have fallen in love with this soup and will definitely be making it again. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. To prevent this, using my homemade egg noodle recipe avoids this problem. You may also cook the pasta separately. Check out the brands of pasta I enjoy most.
