Gluten Free Thanksgiving Stuffing – Dressing with Schar Baguettes

Gluten Free Herb Stuffing

This is my new favorite gluten free stuffing recipe. OMG! Using Schar baguettes makes it as close to my old gluten recipe for stuffing that used sourdough bread. I love it! Using fresh herbs and creamy butter brings it over the top. See the tips section on how to prepare in advance. Enjoy!

Gluten Free Tiramisu Parfaits

Delicious Gluten Free Tiramisu Parfait

One of my favorite recipes is tiramisu. These gluten free tiramisu parfaits combines some of my favorite fillings: vanilla pudding, cream cheese, and whipped cream with one of my favorite cakes, sponge cake. (The sponge cake is the same recipe I use in my Gluten Free Tiramisu Cake Recipe.) The espresso, or strong coffee, along with chocolate create traditional tirmasu flavor. It’s easier to serve when having guests and is impressive. Tiramsu is often everyone’s favorite. May they all enjoy! Continue reading “Gluten Free Tiramisu Parfaits”

Stovetop Fruit & Champagne Sabayon – Creme Brulee-Style

Fruit Creme Brulee with Sweet Wine

Sabayon is French for a light, whipped custard containing sweet wine or champagne. In Italian it is called zabaione. You can become extremely creative with this dessert. I added some caramelized fruit and topped it creme brulee style. You can use fresh fruit, but when not in season, canned peaches will do or a little pie filling. Below, I have shared the recipe as well as the different sweet sparkling wines you can use in this naturally gluten free sabayon creme brulee. It’s a perfect dessert to serve to those who are gluten-free when you’re not, as it doesn’t call for any special ingredients. Meanwhile, it is not a dish we can afford to consume on a regular basis, health-wise, but for special occasions or a treat, it is perfect, and so worth the effort. Gluten Free Stuffed Zucchini Boats

Gluten Free Stuffed Zucchini Boats

hile you can serve single stuffed zucchini boats as an appetizer, you can also serve them as a main dish. However, my favorite way to utilize stuffed zucchini boats is to serve them along with some pasta and marinara sauce. Because marinara sauce is meatless, you have the meat and veggies covered with this stuffed sensation! It’s so easy to make. Be sure to read the Tips sections for a variation.
