Gum-Free Gluten-Free Oat Bread or Sorghum Bread Recipe

Gluten Free Gum Free Bread (Oat or Sorghum)

After three attempts, I not only created a gluten free gum free bread recipe but also extended the shelf-life (countertop life) to about three days. Its texture and flavor are wonderful. I created this recipe because xanthan gum and guar gum causes a laxative effect for one of my cookbook recipe testers. I’ve heard this from other people as well. I already have this Glute-Free Paleo-Style Gum-Free Bread Recipe, but I wanted to create a gum free gluten free recipe based on my favorite gluten-free bread recipe, which is available to everyone.  Give it a try!

Gluten Free Croquettes: Ham & Chicken

Gluten Free Ham and Chicken Croquettes

In history, this veggie and meat-filled dish was considered a delicacy among French cuisine. Croquettes are also a wonderful way to use up leftover meat or poultry. The breading and deep-frying take them over the top.

Gluten Free Pizza Appetizers

Mini Gluten Free Pizza Appetizers

In preparation for Super Bowl Sunday, I wanted to test my favorite pizza crust recipe out (see textures video) to make mini gluten free pizza appetizers. They turned out amazing! The dough is soft inside and a little chewy on the outside, or firmer if desired. I couldn’t ask for any better gluten free pizza crust! Even my gluten eating husband loves it, and he’s tested out many!

Make Ahead Gluten Free Four-Cheese Spinach Frittata

Gluten Free Spinach and Four Cheese Frittata

Not only can you make this frittata in advance, but it is better this way! Just steam or microwave to reheat. Well, there are two ingredients in this recipe that change all of the rules, and neither is cream cheese. This gluten free frittata turns out moist and has a balance of flavors and textures.
