When I make gluten free puff pastry, I make an entire batch and keep some frozen for a short while. Then I’m able to grab some and make incredible dishes like this gluten free puff pastry pizza. My hubby loves his tomatoes and I love my cheese. You really don’t need cheese though because the crust is so buttery. Enjoy! Continue reading “Gluten Free Puff Pastry Pizza”
Gum-Free Gluten-Free Oat Bread or Sorghum Bread Recipe
After three attempts, I not only created a gluten free gum free bread recipe but also extended the shelf-life (countertop life) to about three days. Its texture and flavor are wonderful. I created this recipe because xanthan gum and guar gum causes a laxative effect for one of my cookbook recipe testers. I’ve heard this from other people as well. I already have this Glute-Free Paleo-Style Gum-Free Bread Recipe, but I wanted to create a gum free gluten free recipe based on my favorite gluten-free bread recipe, which is available to everyone. Give it a try!

Gluten Free Taco Zucchini Boats (Turkey or Beef)
Having picked up a couple of 1-1/2 pound packages of ground organic turkey at Costco, I wanted to create a new flavorful recipe using one of them. So, I created these gluten free taco zucchini boats. I saved half of the filling to fill bell peppers. I used the other package to substitute the chopped chicken breast in my Asian Rice Cups recipe. They’re both delicious. Gluten Free Croquettes: Ham & Chicken
In history, this veggie and meat-filled dish was considered a delicacy among French cuisine. They were and still can be found filled with rich ingredients such as truffles, sweetbreads, and cream cheese. However, using simple ingredients, they are just as tasty. Croquettes are also a wonderful way to use up leftover meat or poultry. The breading and deep-frying take them over the top.
Gluten Free Pizza Pinwheels – Pizza Rolls
Wow! These gluten free pizza pinwheels were phenomenal! The dough turns out much fluffier when baked in a baking pan versus a pizza stone as I usually use. The cheese is oozing out of them as they come out of the oven. Add sauce when serving. They’re just wonderful, something for all pizza lovers to enjoy! Gluten Free Pizza Appetizers
In preparation for Super Bowl Sunday, I wanted to test my favorite pizza crust recipe out (see textures video) to make mini gluten free pizza appetizers. They turned out amazing! The dough is soft inside and a little chewy on the outside, or firmer if desired. I couldn’t ask for any better gluten free pizza crust! Even my gluten eating husband loves it, and he’s tested out many!
Spaghetti Squash Recipe
Not only learn how to cook spaghetti squash (aka vegetable spaghetti), but also how to easily cut it in half. You don’t need to buy any fancy spiral machine to substitute spaghetti squash for pasta. It’s naturally gluten free and easily shreds with a fork. Mix in your favorite sauce or top with butter or margarine. Then season as desired. Continue reading “Spaghetti Squash Recipe”
Meat Lovers Gluten Free Cannelloni with Homemade Pasta
This gluten free cannelloni is filled with a variety of minced meat. If you’re a meat lover, it’s right up his alley. I use a pasta machine to roll out the pasta, but if you’re strong, you can do it by hand. The pasta is absolutely delicious and doesn’t get mushy.
Not a beef or pork lover? Try my chicken version.

Make Ahead Gluten Free Four-Cheese Spinach Frittata
Not only can you make this frittata in advance, but it is better this way! Just steam or microwave to reheat. I know, you’re probably thinking that any time you’ve reheated leftover cooked or scrambled eggs, they were not so great. Well, there are two ingredients in this recipe that change all of the rules, and neither is cream cheese. This gluten free frittata turns out moist and has a balance of flavors and textures.
