Homemade Gluten Free Cherry Jam

We were having guests over and I over did the shopping. I just now found a pound of cherries that I completely forgot about. Death By Gluten Free Carob Ice Cream

Gluten Free Carob Ice Cream

You know the saying, “death by chocolate”? There are a few brands of ice cream named “death by chocolate” as well. Currently, I am avoiding chocolate and had a craving for some. The only way I used to be able to tolerate liver is by cooking it with bacon and onion. However, I really was looking for a healthier way to consume it. I wanted to recreate the smoky flavor of bacon without actually using it; and this recipe is just that. Enjoy! Continue reading “Gluten Free Hickory Smoked Liver”
