Copycat Schar Gluten Free Multigrain Bread Machine

Interested in making homemade gluten free bread that doesn’t crumble or stale easily in your boxed lunch? You can probably get away with using my Copycat Schar Gluten Free Bread Recipe for the Oven in your bread machine. However, this bread machine recipe forms a dough ball much easier than the oven version. Meanwhile, this is a delicious, moist bread. Continue reading “Schar Gluten Free Multigrain Bread Recipe for Bread Machine (Copycat)”

Wheat-Like Gluten Free Bread Recipe (Grain-, Gum- & Dairy-Free)

Wheat-Like Gluten Free Bread

Miss the taste of wheat? Make this wheat-like gluten free bread in your oven or in a bread machine with a gluten free setting. I used the Breadman BK1050S. The bread not only tastes like wheat bread but is fibrous as well. Use it for sandwiches or toast. Due to its high-fiber content, it holds plenty of moisture.  The shocker is that this bread contains nuts but tastes nothing like nuts at all. Molasses Sweetened High Protein Gluten Free Bread

If you’re looking for high protein gluten free bread that is soft and provides options for sweeteners such as sugar, honey, molasses, or maple syrup, this is the bread for you!  I boosted the protein with seeds that are the highest level, providing an additional gram of protein per slice when compared to my oat bread recipe. Gluten Free Sourdough Sliced Bread

Gluten Free Sliced Sourdough Bread Recipe

This gluten free sliced sourdough bread recipe has an amazing texture that can be used for sandwiches or toast. Make it in a bread machine with a gluten free setting or an oven. It has taken me several attempts of experimentation to achieve its gluten-like texture. You can see it for yourself in my YouTube video which is also included on the recipe page. It is similar in texture to my Gluten Free Sourdough French Loaf Recipe, but is less starchy and more gluten-like. Enjoy!

Gluten Free Oat Boule (or Sorghum)

Gluten Free Oat or Sorghum Boule

My raved about oat bread just got better. With a couple of minor changes, it now reminds me of the gluten-filled shepherd’s bread that I used to purchase at my local grocery store. You can make this gluten free oat boule right in your oven if you own a Dutch oven. Use a 4 or 5-quart. (Use up to a 7-quart, if that’s all you have. It’ll just be lower and wider.) It’s soft yet has a crunchy bottom crust which eventually softens if you leave it out at room temperature. It will keep it’s crunchiness if you freeze it until consumed. Meanwhile, enjoy this awesome bread! Continue reading “Gluten Free Oat Boule (or Sorghum)”
