I recently made a large-size Gluten Free Panettone (pronounced pan uh tony) in an angel food cake pan. Panettone is a rich, buttery Italian yeast-cake prepared during the Christmas season. I usually make panettone more like bread than cake as I did in the above recipe link. That version has a crunchy crust, much like homemade bread. Naan is the Indian version of flatbread. There are two versions, crisp/firm and the one I prefer, soft. The soft is to-die-for and is the only version I make! Everyone who has tried my skillet version raves about it. If you have a pizza stone, that version is even better! That’s all I make during the fall and winter. Gluten Free Bread Boule

A boule (French for “ball”) comes in different sizes. This petite (French for little) gluten free boule recipe, bakes up high, with a crisp crust, and is doughy inside. Gluten free baking is often more successful in smaller sizes; and this gluten free bread bowl is the perfect example! I’ve been working on perfecting this recipe for years!
