Spaghetti Squash Recipe
Not only learn how to cook spaghetti squash (aka vegetable spaghetti), but also how to easily cut it in half. You don’t need to buy any fancy spiral machine to substitute spaghetti squash for pasta. Gluten Free Thanksgiving Gravy
Recently, I made a chicken dish with brown gravy that tasted like stuffing/dressing. My husband and I loved it! I made the same gluten free gravy for Thanksgiving. I used a combination of dry and fresh herbs, but you can use all of one or the other. However, the flavor of ground thyme is difficult to substitute. Continue reading “Gluten Free Thanksgiving Gravy”
Gluten Free Swiss Roll or Jelly Roll with Dulce de Leche (Pumpkin Spiced or Cinnamon)
I’ve been in the kitchen attempting to achieve an exceptional gluten free Swiss roll recipe. It turned out perfectly moist and easy to roll. This is a feat for Swiss rolls as they are much thicker than jelly rolls. However, you can also make a jelly roll using this low-sugar recipe. Because jelly roll pans make a thinner and longer cake, you can achieve more swirls when you roll it. While I’ve supplied a recipe for cinnamon caramel filling, I also make a few other suggestions. Enjoy! Continue reading “Gluten Free Swiss Roll or Jelly Roll with Dulce de Leche (Pumpkin Spiced or Cinnamon)”

Not everyone heals by going gluten-free alone. If your symptoms persist, try going dairy-free as well. Using this dairy free ricotta cheese recipe is a step in the right direction. Gluten Free Beef Korma and Basmati Noodles (Dairy-Free Options)
King Soba sent me tons of their products. I’ve been slowly using them in various ways. In a hurry yesterday to make dinner for just the two of us, I realized rather than using basmati rice, I could use King Soba’s Basmati Brown Rice Noodles instead. They only take 5 minutes to boil. They worked perfectly in this gluten free beef korma recipe. You can use ground beef or bison, or even meatballs! Enjoy!
