It’s easy to make on a baking sheet versus the pizza stone that I used in my first Gluten Free Pita Bread Recipe (which some people had trouble with). In this recipe, you may use dairy or dairy-free ingredients. They are soft and delicious!

There’s nothing like the combination of sweet and salty. That’s what you get when you make this gluten free pretzel pie crust.
