Marshmallow Fluff Gluten Free (Corn Free Option)
This marshmallow fluff gluten-free recipe with a corn free option is a light and fluffy marshmallow cream filling you can use to fill gluten free desserts. While I already have a Marshmallow Creme Frosting/Filling Recipe, I needed something a little stiffer to fill my Gluten Free Mallomars that I recently made. (Recipe to come today.) This worked out perfectly. It is lighter and fluffier than store-bought marshmallows, which allows them to melt in your mouth! Gluten Free Whole Grain Blueberry Muffins (No Starch Added)
Using my new whole grain flour blend recipe and fresh, frozen, or freeze-dried blueberries, you can make this delicious, moist, and tender gluten free whole grain blueberry muffins. They have no added starch (tapioca, potato, arrowroot, rice, or cornstarch). The flour blend contains wholesome whole grain flours only. Gluten Free Asian Rice Wraps
When a lettuce wrap is not substantial enough, whip up these easy to make Asian rice wraps! They are free of gluten, fat, soy, dairy, corn, potato, eggs, gums, nuts, yeast, and more! Make them low-sodium or sodium-free, if desired. Serve them filled with chicken mixed with Sweet Red Chili Sauce, Chicken Fried Rice mixed with Sweet Red Chili Sauce (as pictured), or my favorite, Chinese Chilled Chicken.
