Gluten-Free Egg-Free Ancient Grain Bread (Dairy Free)
By adding two new ingredients and adjusting the amounts of others, I’ve turned traditional gluten free bread into this soft and light gluten free egg free bread recipe. The flavors of ancient grain flours make this bread especially flavorful. I had to adjust a method here and there, but it was all worthwhile. I’m sure everyone will enjoy this bread.

Soft & Light Gluten Free Red Pepper Rolls
These soft, light gluten free red pepper rolls were such a pleasant surprise for us. I don’t use the word phenomenal very often, but it’s the only word that truly describes these rolls. Both the flavor and texture are pretty incredible. If you’re not a hot and spicy person, I’ve added sun dried tomatoes as a substitute for the red peppers. Serve them with breakfast or lunch sandwiches, as dinner rolls, or a snack with butter. No matter which way you serve them, I know you’ll enjoy this recipe! Gluten Free Beer Focaccia (Dairy and Egg-Free)
While this site contains a few gluten free focaccia recipes, this gluten free Italian flatbread is special. I use beer to help it rise. You can season it as desired by adding herbs, cheese, or even veggies like sun roasted tomatoes. Then use a dipping sauce of choice or use it for sandwiches. Either way, this gluten free beer focaccia is delicious! Continue reading “Gluten Free Beer Focaccia (Dairy and Egg-Free)”
Gluten Free Chinese Chicken Salad
If you’ve ever been to your favorite Chinese restaurant only to learn that you cannot have the Chinese chicken salad because it’s not gluten free, fret no longer! This recipe is pretty incredible. It is full of multiple Asian flavors and has a slightly sweet dressing. My guests went back for seconds. That’s always a good sign. Continue reading “Gluten Free Chinese Chicken Salad”

Gluten Free Chicken and Waffles

Gluten Free Hot Dog Bun Recipe – Hot Dog Buns
I’ve been working on this gluten free hot dog bun recipe since July 2016. I wanted them last year for 4th of July. Instead, I’ll be using them this Memorial Day. They turned out so fluffy inside! I’m very pleased. I made the dairy-free version, but because they turned out crispy on top, I ended up basting the top with butter to soften the crust. If you’re dairy free, I’m sure the inside dough texture will outweigh the firm crust. Enjoy! Continue reading “Gluten Free Hot Dog Bun Recipe – Hot Dog Buns”
Mock Rye Bread Gluten Free
Because rye contains gluten, I’ve created this mock rye bread gluten free, which may be made dairy-free. Rye flour does not work well alone in bread or other baked goods. Therefore, wheat flour and other ingredients such as vinegar and egg are usually added to create a good texture. Likewise with this gluten free mock rye bread recipe. I use similar ingredients to improve its texture. It contains the same wonderful rye flavors as its gluten counterpart. Try it for yourself! Continue reading “Mock Rye Bread Gluten Free”
