Gluten-free Giveaway and Review: Natural Vitality Magnesium Plus Calcium

Q. What is the best gluten free (pure calcium if possible) that you purchase?

A. This is a great question, as those with celiac disease, are often on a dairy-free diet, as well as vegans, possibly creating a deficiency in calcium. Doctors may tell you that you need Vitamin D to absorb calcium, but the truth of the matter is that your body also needs magnesium when you take calcium. When you mix calcium gluconate and magnesium with a high enough acidity level (such as apple cider vinegar) your body will not only absorb it, it will absorb it quickly. Gluten-free Giveaway and Review: Kinnikinnick Foods

Kinnikinnick Gluten-free Bread and Bun Mix

Kinnikinnick asked me to review 6 of their newly repackaged gluten-free mixes. However, before I get to the review there are a couple of things you must note. Kinnikinnick is one of the largest gluten-free manufacturing facilities in the world! In addition, Kinnikinnick won the Every Day with Rachael Ray’s March 2011 gluten-free baking mix taste test in the pancake and waffle mix category! That says a lot!  They make many gluten-free products, besides mixes. One of my friends raves about their products every time she passes by them in the Whole Foods’ refrigerator section! Household Traditions Giveaway and Review: Gluten-free Dish Liquid

You may familiar with Tropical Traditions’ Coconut Oil and other great products.  Well, they have a line called Household Traditions. As a whole, they carry many gluten-free products, and they are organic, as well! I cannot say enough good things about Household Traditions Dish Liquid!  It is a coconut based dish liquid, great for those with skin conditions, allergies and more! I find it amazing that you can wash dishes with something so mild and natural, while cutting grease, yet leaves no soapy residue behind. I am sure you must have experienced using too much dish soap and then it’s so hard to rinse it off your dishes and/or your hands. A matter of fact, it is gentle on the hands!  That does not happen with Tropical Traditions Dish Soap. It is made from a coconut base and smells wonderful, too! Read on to find out more about Household Traditions, its ingredients and their amazing giveaway that they are sponsoring!
