One of my favorite recipes is tiramisu. These gluten free tiramisu parfaits combines some of my favorite fillings: vanilla pudding, cream cheese, and whipped cream with one of my favorite cakes, sponge cake. (The sponge cake is the same recipe I use in my Gluten Free Tiramisu Cake Recipe.) The espresso, or strong coffee, along with chocolate create traditional tirmasu flavor. Traditional Gluten Free French Toast

Gluten Free Chocolate Biscotti
I love these gluten free biscotti because they are moist. You can also make them dryer, if that is what you prefer. I’ve including baking instructions for both. However, they are not so dry that you have to have something to drink nearby. I like my biscotti closer to shortbread cookies, with just a little less butter. Gluten Free Lasagna Soup
Fall is my favorite time of year. It follows high temperatures, often over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s Central California living. We live about 25 miles south of the south entrance of Yosemite. Today was in the low 90s, but the overcast, gray skies inspired this gluten free lasagna soup. It is a perfect way to use up broken pieces of uncooked lasagna noodles. Melt in Your Mouth Macarons (Egg-Free)
Macarons are French egg white cookies, that if made properly will melt in your mouth. While experimenting with the latest egg substitute, canned bean liquid, I used it to make these melt in your mouth macarons. Who knew you could achieve perfection with egg substitute? Meanwhile, I filled mine with some leftover chocolate ganache. You can use a number of fillings from jam to peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar. Enjoy!
