Red Velvet Popcorn – Caramel Corn (or Chocolate or Traditional)

Red Velvet Popcorn

I was recently sent a catalog from Popcornopolis. They’re offering a seasonal caramel corn that is red velvet inspired. A 2-gallon container goes for $49.99. However, when topped with the creamy topping that I created, this red velvet popcorn is just incredible! They have a slight crispness to the outer shell, which you can control by cooking shorter or longer. The inside contains gooey cheese with chicken, or any other addins you prefer. Then dip some non-fat, sweet & spicy dip on top for some kick! Continue reading “Waffle Iron Gluten Free Quesadillas & Spicy Dipping Sauce”

Try this recipe for addictive almond cranberry bars. They’re a true delight. I would choose these bars over cake or other sugary sweets. They are definitely a less guilty pleasure. They’re heavy, similar to chewy brownies, perhaps a bit more heavier. Yet they are chewy. They satisfy your sweet tooth for dessert, as well. They’re just addicting! I blew my diet this week by having two – well worth it! Continue reading “Gluten Free Almond Cranberry Bars”
