These gluten free chicken nuggets are fast and easy to make. The great thing about them is that you bake them instead of deep-frying. This makes a healthier gluten-free dinner. Use the recipe for homemade seasoned bread crumbs, or add dried herbs and/or parmesan cheese to commercial gluten free bread crumbs. Pumpkin Yeast-Risen Gluten Free Donuts (Picarones)

I have been wanting to make some yeast raised gluten free donuts, but was so excited when I discovered picarones. They are also risen donuts, but made with a sweet squash (pumpkin in this case) and sweet potatoes. They are also known as Peruvian donuts as they are popular in Peru. You can make these gluten free donuts using fresh or canned pumpkin. Just note that fresh pumpkin tends to vary in moisture and may not turn out the same. Meanwhile, enjoy these delightful treasures. Picarones leave a lasting impression to tourists who visit Peru. Gluten-Free Sugar-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Recipe

Sugar-free chocolate can be expensive, and if you have to find a safe gluten-free brand on top it, it can be even more difficult. With this gluten-free sugar-free chocolate recipe, you can make dark chocolate or chocolate ganache. If you are also on a dairy-free diet, you can still make both. For dairy-free ganache, instead of using heavy whipping cream, you use coconut milk. For the fat in this recipe, you have the option of using shortening (I use organic palm shortening) or coconut oil. Depending upon its use and your dietary needs will determine which ingredients you use. This recipe is low in carbs when not using cream. I hope you enjoy this recipe. It has many uses. You can even break it up to use as chocolate chips in your baked recipes.

It is all up to you on the final calories when you add your dressing. Serve it as is, or serve it on a bed of baby greens or your favorite lettuce. Add a bit of heat by adding salsa or spicy peppers. This gluten free spinach pasta recipe is adapted from my Gluten Free Egg Noodle Recipe. You may be surprised that spinach pasta does not contain a lot of spinach, but it certainly is healthier to include it than not. Spinach pasta brings color to meal and a bit of savory flavor. You cannot tell it contains spinach when you taste it, especially if you use a flavorful sauce. I tested mine out with my latest Gluten Free Bechamel Sauce mixed with Parmesan cheese. I have several different gluten free oat bread recipes, one for bread machines, one that is dairy free, and another that contains milk. However, because I am allergic to tapioca flour/starch, I created this oat bread recipe just for me, and others who are allergic to tapioca. Oat bread is my favorite gluten-free bread. It is flavorful, has a great texture, and is healthy for us. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Because it contains a little fava bean flour (which is not bitter), it rises high and makes it lighter.
