Gluten Free Holiday Green Beans

Gluten Free Bacon and Green Bean Casserole

While green beans are gluten free, not all brands of bacon are. I’ve been making this bacon and onion green bean casserole during the holidays for decades. It’s my favorite dish that I just can’t live without. My family loves it because I don’t skimp on the bacon. There’s nothing worse than being one of the last ones to dig in and have to dig for bacon. Gluten Free Chocolate Biscotti

Gluten Free Chocolate Biscotti with Hazelnuts

I love these gluten free biscotti because they are moist. You can also make them dryer, if that is what you prefer. I’ve including baking instructions for both. However, they are not so dry that you have to have something to drink nearby. I like my biscotti closer to shortbread cookies, with just a little less butter. I think you’ll fall in love with these biscotti. Please leave me feedback once you’ve made them in a below comment. Enjoy! Continue reading “Gluten Free Chocolate Biscotti”

There are lady finger pans available, but you can get away with using a Hostess Twinkies Pan. You can also use a jelly roll pan and cut up individual pieces of cake. However, that method doesn’t look as nice and you are taking the chance of the cake crumbling. If you do try this method, prior to slicing, refrigerate the cake at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Meanwhile, now you can make traditional tiramisu and more!
