I bake a lot! Believe me. I know what is fantastic and this is it! If you enjoy strawberry desserts and cheesecake, you’ll enjoy this more than strawberry cheesecake. It’s creamy and lighter and has much more strawberry filling. So dig in and enjoy!

Gluten Free Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing
Sourdough is easy to create. It just takes time. If you can plan a day in advance, this fluffy gluten free sourdough cinnamon rolls recipe is worth the time and effort. As you tear off a piece, the dough almost melts in your mouth. My recipe for traditional Fluffy Gluten Free Cinnamon Rolls has a more cake-like texture, per one recipe tester. However, her family loved them! This sourdough recipe is similar but easier to roll with a slight sourdough flavor. Continue reading “Gluten Free Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing”
Stovetop Chicken Tagine (With Lemon and Tomato Substitute Options)
Make this perfectly spiced chicken tagine stew with traditional lemon juice and tomatoes or with my suggested substitute ingredients. Using chicken thighs, legs, or breasts, its combination of spices is something you will surely enjoy. This is an African recipe usually made in a tagine (the stoneware that is used to cook this delicious stew). Instead, you can use a skillet or Dutch oven. Add or omit dried fruit or even vegetables. Make it your own! I provide several suggestions. Continue reading “Stovetop Chicken Tagine (With Lemon and Tomato Substitute Options)”
Gluten Free Chocolate Babka with Streusel Topping
There are two types of babka (pronounced bob kuh): the Polish version, which is a sweet dessert-like bread, and this one, closer to the Jewish version that is more of a bread than a dessert, or maybe smack dab in the middle. Gluten Free Sea Salt Caramel Gelato Recipe (Ice Cream)
I recently purchased a pint of Talenti Sea Salt Caramel Gelato. However, it turned out to NOT be gluten free. It is one of the few flavors that may contain wheat. I was so sad because it is truly an amazing flavor! They made it even better by adding a few miniature chocolate-covered caramel truffles. Oh my goodness! My husband and I fell in love with it! I just had to create a gluten free salted caramel gelato recipe for everyone without the gluten, corn, and soy. I also use organic ingredients in mine. Do whatever you can afford. Also, feel free to add gluten free chocolate chips, or caramel truffles if you have some on hand. Continue reading “Gluten Free Sea Salt Caramel Gelato Recipe (Ice Cream)”
