While most people add cream cheese to bagels, it is awesome on these pretzel rolls, too. However, a wonderful substitute for cream cheese is goat cheese. Whether you are making these scrumptious rolls for lunch, meal or just a snack, I’m sure you’ll enjoy them. I like them because these gluten free appetizers are casual enough to serve outdoors, yet elegant enough for a meal of several courses.
Gluten Free Pretzel Rolls with Goat Cheese and Scallions
If you are looking for a unique appetizer that you can serve at a barbecue or sit down dinner, try these gluten free pretzel rolls topped with goat cheese or cream cheese and top them with scallions.
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe Gluten Free Soft Pretzel Rolls
- 1 pound goat cheese
- 1 bunch scallions (green onions), thinly sliced (greens only)
Instructions:
- Make the Gluten Free Pretzel Rolls Recipe as directed.
- Once the rolls cool, slice in half and top with goat cheese and sliced scallions.
- Serve on a salad plate garnished your choice of fresh herbs.
