Gluten Free Bacon Wrapped Meatballs Appetizers
A moist and flavorful gluten free bacon wrapped meatballs recipe perfect for any event. Serve as appetizers to any family, friends, and guests.
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe Gluten Free Italian Meatballs (or your favorite recipe)
- 14 - 21 slices of bacon, depending upon their length
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Make the meatballs as instructed at the above link. Fry them on medium-high heat just until they just hold together and are cooked on the outside. Wrap each meatball in one-third to one-half slices of bacon, depending upon the length of the bacon slices. Place a toothpick through the center to keep them wrapped.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon and meatballs are thoroughly cooked.
- If making in advance, allow to cool completely and freeze in a gallon-sized zipper storage bag. Otherwise, serve immediately or warm by refrying on low, covered.
