  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Make the meatballs as instructed at the above link. Fry them on medium-high heat just until they just hold together and are cooked on the outside. Wrap each meatball in one-third to one-half slices of bacon, depending upon the length of the bacon slices. Place a toothpick through the center to keep them wrapped.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon and meatballs are thoroughly cooked.
  4. If making in advance, allow to cool completely and freeze in a gallon-sized zipper storage bag. Otherwise, serve immediately or warm by refrying on low, covered.
