Frozen fruit bowls by Rush Bowls is an amazingly healthy snack, or dessert, if you wish. Wright’s Liquid Smoke is not only gluten free, but the only all-natural liquid smoke brand on the market today. I use it quite often in such recipes such as my recipes for Gluten Free Chicken Fajitas and Gluten Free Beef Fajitas. I use their Hickory flavored Liquid Smoke when I want to create a flavor between barbecue and bacon, and their Mesquite flavor for a true barbecue flavor. All of their products are certified gluten free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO) to be under 10 parts per million (ppm) gluten. Jovaial Foods sent me some more of their gluten free pasta and cookies. It is one of my favorite brown rice pastas and my husband loves their cookies, as well. Stoked Oats sent me samples of their flavored gluten free oats. To tell you the truth, I wasn’t excited about it. I assumed instant oats are instant oats, whether they are gluten free oats or not.
