Gluten Free Christmas Martini
The perfect Christmas martini, a gluten free candy cane cocktail made with cranberry juice and a splash of creme de menthe.
Ingredients:
- 1 gluten-free candy cane, crushed, for garnish (Bob’s brand)
- 4 oz. gluten free vodka
- 2 teaspoons white (not green) creme de menthe*, or to your liking (check with each manufacturer for any gluten content or make your own)
- 6 oz. cranberry juice (Ocean Spray)
- Ice
- 2 whole gluten free candy canes, for garnish
Instructions:
- Wet rim of martini glass, dip rim in crushed candy canes and set aside.
- In a martini shaker, add vodka, creme de menthe, cranberry juice, and ice and shake until well combined.
- Strain into prepared martini glass and serve while still chilled.
Tips
*You can also use a dash or two of gluten-free/pure peppermint extract.
