- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Place water and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook on low heat, and stir until the sugar dissolves, about 2 - 5 minutes.
- Once sugar dissolves, stir and continue to cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool in the refrigerator until completely cool.
- Store covered in a glass container for a month or more.
