Do you cook the oatmeal before putting it in the jar?
How do you eat it? Pour milk over it like Oatmeal Cereal? Just raw?
Nancy,
The oatmeal absorbs the liquids and softens on its own. There is no need to add milk but you can if you don’t care for thick oatmeal. You’ll get the hang of it one you make it.
Enjoy!

i was so excited, I wanted to make this. But then I saw it has yogurt in it. I can’t have dairy.
Sue,
There are a few brands of dairy-free yogurt. Just Google it and at least two will come up. One brand is Silk.

My kids are the same way. For a while we were using coconut yogurt but then we say they were adding natural flavors. So I just found ways to make our own. Haven’t tried it yet but looking forward to!!
