Gluten Free Guacamole

While I already have a gluten free guacamole recipe on this site, it is tomato-free due to my tomato allergies. However, I thought it was time to share my old favorite guacamole recipe, prior to my food allergies. Be sure to serve them with gluten free tortilla chips. Some brands include Garden of Eatin OrganicGlutino Tortilla Dippers, and Way Better Snacks.
