Homemade Cranberry Sauce

I hope you all enjoy this recipe for homemade cranberry sauce. It’s so easy and fast to make. I wouldn’t ever purchase canned cranberry sauce again. Yield: Makes 2 cups

Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Simply by boiling fresh cranberries, water, and sugar you can make homemade cranberry sauce in minutes. It’s so delicious that you’ll never go back to canned ever again!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons sugar (or evaporated cane juice for refined sugar-free)
  • 3 cups frozen or fresh cranberries

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil; stir to dissolve sugar. Add cranberries stir and bring to a low boil. Cook until cranberries burst; smash most of the cranberries; stir; set aside to cool on top of stove. It will thicken as it cools. Store in the refrigerator, covered, or serve immediately.
