Homemade Cranberry Sauce

I hope you all enjoy this recipe for homemade cranberry sauce. It so easy and fast to make. I wouldn’t ever purchase canned cranberry sauce again. Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Yield: Makes 2 cups

Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons sugar (or evaporated cane juice for refined sugar-free)
  • 3 cups frozen or fresh cranberries

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water and sugar to a boil; stir to dissolve sugar. Add cranberries stir and bring to a low boil. Cook until cranberries burst; smash most of the cranberries; stir; set aside to cool on top of stove. It will thicken as it cools. Store in the refrigerator, covered, or serve immediately.
